Indictment in the case of the murder at Migdali Hatzairim: Bar is not allowed in the court/Erez Harel

This morning (Sunday) the State Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the District Court in Tel Aviv against Bar Asor, 25 years old from Tel Aviv, for the murder of Daniel Aminov in his apartment.

Asor is also accused of beating his minor girlfriend.

The indictment, filed through attorney Lilach Shtibel from the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, indicates that Asor lived with his partner in the "Migdali HaHatsailim" building and held a license for a semi-automatic pistol, by virtue of his position as a security guard. Aminov was employed as a receptionist in the building. Between him and Asor and his partner, friendships prevailed

According to the indictment, about a month ago he was forbidden to stay in the apartment with his partner. At noon, Aminov arrived at the apartment for a joint social outing, and about an hour later his girlfriend, a 15-year-old minor, also arrived at the apartment. During their stay in the apartment, they inhaled "laughing gas" and some of them consumed drugs

.

At some point, a dispute developed between Asor and Aminov and his minor girlfriend, over the use of the cell phones in their possession by the two. Soon after, Asor pulled out the gun he kept in the apartment and pointed it at Aminov, saying to him: "What are you doing, what are you doing? ". Aminov stood up, waved his hands forward in a defensive gesture and shouted at the defendant: "Put down the weapon." According to the charge, Asor fired four shots at Aminov's upper body. A bullet that penetrated through his fingers into his chest caused his death.

Immediately after that, according to the indictment, the minor yelled at Asor "What are you doing?"

And in response he pointed the gun at her head while telling her: "Shut up you whore."

Asor began to attack the minor and hit her in the head with the gun, when she tried to defend herself.

Asor continued to beat the minor in all parts of her body, until he was pushed out of the apartment by his partner.

During his interrogation, Mosor changed his version several times.

First he claimed that Aminov tried to steal his weapon.

On another occasion, he claimed that he did not remember the shooting incident, stating that Aminov and his partner had drugged him and that his partner's wife had put the gun in his hands.

Later, he described a possible scenario in which he was holding the gun in a confrontation with the deceased and suddenly his partner moved his hand, which resulted in an accidental shooting.

Asor's arrest request states: "All of the respondent's versions are refuted by the testimonies of those present at the scene and all of the evidence as detailed above."

The prosecution asked the court to extend Asor's detention until the end of the proceedings.

In the request for arrest, Attorney Stibel stated that "the respondent's violent conduct as described, together with the fact that the respondent used the gun that he legally holds with a license by virtue of his position as a security guard and his reckless behavior with the gun at the end of the incident - all of this is evidenced by about a thousand witnesses of the clear and extreme dangerousness of the respondent and his patterns The violent, uninhibited and unrestrained."

The indictment attributes to Asor the crimes of murder (on purpose) and assault causing actual injury. Margarita, Daniel Aminov's mother shouted at Asor during the reading of the indictment against him: "Murderer!

Shame and disgrace!". The court ordered an examination by the district psychiatrist to examine Asor's mental state.

Margarita, Aminov's mother, responded to the indictment and said: "May he receive a life sentence, may his family feel the pain I feel.

It was hard for me to see him.

In the previous times he covered his face.

Today I saw the murderer face to face for the first time." Aminov's sister also responded and said that Asor does not seem to express remorse for her brother's murder. "He seems to be smiling, as if laughing at our pain.

They were not friends, Daniel worked in the building and knew all the tenants."
