, the 48-year-old actress revealed that she did not have a good time after
James Cameron
's film triumphed in the world.

"You know what?
Being famous was horrible
. I was grateful, of course. I was barely twenty and I could already have an apartment," Winslet said, adding: "Journalists always say 'After Titanic you could have done anything and you chose to do small movies'... And I'm like 'Yeah, you can bet your fucking life it does!'”
Regarding the criticism she suffered towards her body, Winslet, who played Rose in the famous film, said: “Young women now know how to use their voices.
After Titanic I had to look a certain way, or be a certain way
