On video: This is how the IDF and Shin Bet forces acted at Nasser Hospital in the Gaza Strip 02.18.24/IDF Spokesman
The IDF forces shared findings today (Sunday) that they uncovered during their operation at the "Nasser" hospital in Khan Yunis. During the operation, the forces found medicine boxes with the names of abductees on them, arrested terrorists who participated in the October 7 massacre, and even found a vehicle stolen from Nir Oz.
The fighters of the commando formation, the fleet of 13 Shin Bet forces and other special forces operating under Division 98 operated last weekend in the area of the "Nasser" hospital in the Gaza Strip.
Before entering the hospital, the troops fought complex battles with terrorists, which included face-to-face battles, rocket fire and more.

So far, the fighters have arrested hundreds of terrorists and other terror suspects who were hiding in the hospital.
Among those arrested in the operation, there are terrorists who participated in the massacre on October 7th, who are related to the abductees and who are significant activists in Hamas.
Also as part of the activity, medicine boxes were found in the hospital with the names of Israeli abductees on them.
The IDF stated that the packages of medicine that were found to be closed were not transferred to the abductees. In addition, IDF soldiers located many weapons in the hospital, some of which were found hidden in the vehicle and were used by Hamas terrorists to carry out the massacre on October 7.
A vehicle belonging to Kibbutz Nir Oz was also found at the hospital, apparently stolen in the Gaza Strip.

The IDF emphasized that the entry of the fighters into the place took place after an early warning to stop terrorist activity there. It was further stated that the scans at the hospital were carried out while making sure that the ongoing management of the place continued, without harming the patients and the medical staff and in accordance with the values of the IDF and international law.

Last week, IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari revealed the transcript of the interrogation of a terrorist who was captured at Nasser Hospital. In the transcript, the terrorist says that according to his knowledge, approximately 10 hostages were held in the hospital. He also said during the interrogation that there were dozens of Hamas terrorists in the hospital. The hospital has three rooms assigned to Hamas, as well as workers belonging to Hamas, weapons, soldiers and commanders.
"We don't enter the hospitals for no reason, but because they are part of the Hamas system," said Hagari, "Nasser Hospital has 400 patients and thousands of nurses, and for a reason It's the Hamas terrorists who participated in the massacre chose to hide there."
