Montpellier: a man deliberately broke after helping two women leaving a club, the suspect arrested

At 4:45 a.m. Friday evening, in front of the Le Select nightclub in the Tournezy district, a 23-year-old man surprised an individual in the process of bothering two young women who were leaving the establishment.

He intervened and forced the troublemaker to leave the two women alone and leave.

But the individual returned a few moments later in a car and deliberately hit the 23-year-old man - according to our source - before fleeing.

The victim was treated by emergency services and taken to hospital with a life-threatening condition.

From then on, the local judicial police service (SLPJ) began looking for the attacker.

The suspect's car was found abandoned in Saint-Jean-de-Vedas, a few kilometers from downtown Montpellier.

The driver who went to the police station on Saturday afternoon was taken into custody.
