That's why he proves his skills in a video.
Eggenfelden – The influencer and pastry chef Florian Schaffer from Eggenfelden, Bavaria, has two great passions: fitness and baking.
The muscular two-meter man also shares videos of his workouts and his baking skills with his followers.
However, Schaffer always has to take a lot of criticism for this.
Instead of uncertainty, however, the influencer reacts with an offensive answer: He demonstrates his skills.

“Unemployed laughingstock”: Confectioner is insulted online and counters brilliantly
At best just criticism, in many cases pure hatred - that seems to be the order of the day online now.
A fact that is no secret.
But how a member of the public deals with it often makes the difference.
Some delete unpleasant comments, some leave them as they are but don't respond to them.
And then there are those who go on the offensive and turn the hate into content themselves.
A pastry chef responds to his critics and proves his skills with a baking video.

So does influencer and pastry chef Florian Schaffer.
A video of him has now gone viral.
In it he responds to a comment from a hater.
The user accuses him of being an “unemployed laughingstock, a faker and an incompetent.”
Schaffer pinned the user's comment on the video.
He then shows how he bakes a black cake and decorates it with a silver skull and gray roses and baubles.

He proudly presents his cake to the internet and now receives clear praise from his community instead of criticism.
One man comments: “I don't understand what everyone has against this man.
He has muscles and is artistically gifted, he's really hot."
Another user writes: “Keep it up and don’t let it get you down!” Another user says: “I don’t know what everyone has, your cakes are works of art”.
The response to this video is huge: “People only have prejudices if they don’t know you.
Keep it up!” writes one user.
Another, who has been there for a while, commented: “In my opinion this is your best work so far, really strong.”
