The Roman coast was taken by storm by Sunday day trippers from the capital amid spring-like temperatures in Italy.
Many Romans and tourists went for seaside walks or had aperitifs and meals on outside tables in the 16-17 degree temps, just as shade below the 18 degrees registered on Saturday's 'antipasto'.
The crows basked in the sun to get a winter tan and some hardy individuals even took to the water despite a sea breeze.
