The ZDF program “Berlin Direkt” is about Habeck and the German economy.
However, the introduction really pissed off the Greens.

Of course, this does not reflect well on the work of Economics Minister Robert Habeck.
The Green politician has repeatedly represented the traffic light coalition in the crossfire of criticism.
From the business side there is also the accusation of inability to manage crises.
“Berlin Direkt” also addressed the difficult economic situation in Germany.
In her first broadcast as presenter of the ZDF program, Andrea Maurer caused a lot of trouble for the Economics Minister's party - because of her moderation.

“I hereby publicly ask ZDF to present facts that show that the implementation of Germany's exit from nuclear energy, as decided by the CDU/CSU and FDP, will lead to a decline in prosperity in this country,” he demanded and also wrote: “Or to correct this unspeakable statement .” Federal Green Party politician Renate Künast shared the post.
Ulrich Steinbach, Green Party politician from Baden-Württemberg, also commented on an X contribution from moderator Maurer about the program: “Very bad debut”.
He accused her and ZDF of “fact-free propaganda”.
In a post on the show's official account, he added to his accusations: "This is simply wrong and bad (incidentally right-wing) political framing and triggering."
