Look beautiful in the middle of a museum.
Shortly before noon, on Friday February 2, a strange atmosphere hovered over this group of visitors at the Quai Branly - Jacques-Chirac museum (Paris 7th).
There are some inmates from Fleury-Mérogis prison (Essonne) there supervised by prison officers.
Except that when the roll call is made, one of the prisoners is no longer there.
Gone, gone.
The young man, 24, took advantage of the maze of the gigantic museum on the banks of the Seine to leave the group behind.
Ten days later, the detainee is still wanted by the police.
An investigation into “escape” was opened at the Évry-Courcouronnes public prosecutor’s office.
The young man was serving a two-year prison sentence in Fleury-Mérogis for aggravated theft.
