This is even a very large majority, because 71% of French people today believe that they do not receive enough help from the State, according to a study carried out last fall by the Jean-Jaurès Foundation and Bona Fide.
In this study, two thirds of French people say they are in the middle class.
This shows that this feeling of being insufficiently helped, now widespread in society, is growing inexorably.
In 2013, 59% felt insufficiently helped, compared to only 47% in 2010 when the country was going through an economic crisis.
