This time, TV viewers had no say in the finale of “Das Supertalent”.
The fans are absolutely not happy with the winner and are protesting online.
Cologne - There were a lot of changes to “Das Supertalent” this year: First, the jury was expanded to include Dieter Bohlen (70) and Bruce Darnell (66), Ekaterina Leonova (369) and Anna Ermakova (23). Then the Moderators were exchanged. Victoria Swarovski (30) and Jens Knossalla (37) aka Knossi led through the program. But the duo didn't have much to do - because only three castings and one final show were broadcast. On February 17, 2024, singing talent Alexander Doghmani (17) a winner was also chosen, but the fans at home wouldn't have chosen him.
TV viewers tear apart the “Supertalent” winner – but not because of his performance
The “Supertalent” final on Saturday evening was not broadcast live - which means that the winner has been known for weeks.
With the changes in the new season came a new concept that gave the decision-making power to the audience in the studio.
People who were there live during the recording of the final were able to vote for their favorite via cell phone.
After the vote, vocal prodigy Alexander Doghmani was ahead.
The young singer was particularly convincing in the high vocal ranges.
His singing was well received and wasn't primarily criticized by fans at home - but TV viewers are still more than dissatisfied with the choice.
In her opinion, “Das Supertalent” counts for more than just the voice.
“It pisses me off every time singers go to 'Supertalent' instead of one of the 50 sing-song shows,” a viewer lets his anger out and receives plenty of support: “No singers are allowed to take part in 'Supertalent'.
I mean, what is DSDS for?” Someone else is also calling for singers to be banned entirely.

In addition to the complaints about a singer's victory, many TV viewers want the well-known concept of “Das Supertalent” back.
The reason: Many people find it boring that the winner was already decided before the first episode was broadcast.
“Why don’t we announce the winner straight away?” someone asks, annoyed.
Another comment was even harsher: “No live show, no real super talent, no excitement.

A disappointed viewer can already see heads rolling on RTL.
“Whoever had the idea of not doing the finale live should be fired,” he says.
The fans were already merciless elsewhere: Because they didn't want to see Knossi as a presenter, some viewers threatened to boycott “Das Supertalent”.
