The influencer Just Riadh, who has more than 13 million subscribers on social networks, was the victim of a homejacking in Magny-le-Hongre (Seine-et-Marne) during the night from Sunday to Monday, AFP learned from a police source.
Around 2 a.m., three people broke into his home and threatened him with a knife, a police source said.
They fled taking with them three phones, two Rolex watches worth 20,000 euros and 1,000 euros in cash, this source added.
Just Riadh, real name Riadh Belaïche, is a 25-year-old influencer who made himself known on social networks by publishing humorous videos.
His notoriety opened the doors of cinema for him where in 2023 he played the role of the 2014 world champion of frozen desserts Yazid Ichemrahen in the film

Celebrities seem to be increasingly targeted
In recent months, home-jackings - violent burglaries with the victims present at the home - of celebrities have multiplied in the Paris region: the singer Vitaa, the presenter Nikos Aliagas, PSG players, the chef Jean-François Piège were particularly victims of it.
From January to November 2023, the police headquarters recorded a total of 288 home-jackings in Paris and its immediate suburbs, or 49 fewer than over the same period in 2022. But celebrities seem to be increasingly targeted.
These burglaries take place according to the same operating procedure: they generally last less than an hour, take place in the middle of the night or early in the morning and their perpetrators are equipped with handguns or bladed weapons which they do not hesitate to not to brandish.
Signs of wealth exhibited on the networks, such as luxury watches or high-end bags, attract the attention of burglars, who will look for these objects during the break-in.
