A 44-year-old man was indicted and placed in pre-trial detention for the murder of a forty-year-old, killed on the night of Wednesday to Thursday February 15 in Clichy Sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), indicated Monday 19 February the floor.
The imprisoned individual was
“obviously drunk”
, without any particular link having been established between him and his victim, aged 41, said the same source.
Traces of blood
Early Thursday morning, a resident of the Bois du Temple residence discovered a man on the ground in cardiorespiratory arrest, bleeding, in the common areas of his building, according to a police source.
Presenting a stab wound to the stomach, the victim, born in India according to the prosecution, could not be resuscitated by emergency services.
Following traces of blood, the police arrived at an apartment in the building where they discovered a man with bloodstained clothes trying to block the door.
The latter was arrested and taken into custody.
The investigation is entrusted to the Seine-Saint-Denis judicial police.
