Cabaret artist Stefan Kröll celebrated a furious debut with his Krügl speech at the Fürstenfelder Salvator.

The Derbleckten had a great time.

Fürstenfeldbruck

- The 15th edition of the strong beer tapping in the small hall of the event forum represented a turning point in two respects. With Josef Wildgruber there was a new organizer on the Paulaner brewery side, and with Stefan Kröll a new Krügl speaker.

He entered the hall very modestly – alone and in civilian clothes.

Not in the entourage with the brass band that was already playing on stage, and not in a monk's habit like his predecessor Jürgen Kirner alias Brother Barnabas.

He was recently criticized for the fact that his speeches were too much about federal and state politics and not enough about Bruck.

You definitely can't blame Kröll for that.

The city's tight finances, the mayoral election last year, the renovated, cramped conditions in the meeting room, the explosion in costs at the sports center - the 53-year-old from Feldkirchen-Westerham had read up on all topics well and received background information "from dark sources".

The audience waited eagerly to see what Mayor Christian Götz, who had previously been “unmasked,” would get.

He had previously mastered his first strong beer tap easily with two shots.

And that despite the fact that he didn't embody the classic Bavarian mayor due to his lack of body and loden jacket ("the so-called summer Stoiber"), as the Krügl speaker noted - before he gleefully talked about the BBV victory celebration with a bike parade, loud ringing of bells and a flower-decorated cargo bike .

Verdict: “Dear people, this is how the federal government celebrates nature conservation when it has invented a new type of cereal.”

As a highlight, Kröll designed a scene on the pirate island “Tortuga”.

There he had the sailor “Klaus Störtebeker Wollenberg” rumble in from Germering with a captured treasure chest, a “green-dressed sailor’s bride” fight with a rickshaw company for the gender-appropriate “Pirate*innen” and bring “Götz the Captain” supplies of fire water – “four Bottles of still Fachinger mineral water”.

And then there was a bow to Bruck, which put the hall in reverent silence.

Kröll raved about the Silbersteg, the Old Town Hall, the Café Widemann and the “incredibly beautiful and majestic” monastery church.

And that there is probably a secret that holds people together and makes many people say: “I like being a Brucka.”

That was well received.

“He really got into the emotionality of the city,” commented an enthusiastic Markus Droht, FW city councilor and ex-OB candidate.

“Not many external people can do that.” Christian Götz also found the Krügl speech “very good”.

He particularly liked Kröll's focus on local politics.

“I already told him he can come back,” said the mayor with a wink.

Similar praise came from CSU city councilor and district master craftsman Franz Höfels-auer.

“He really addressed the issue politics and the city councilors.

It was very funny and not hurtful." And SPD city councilor Mirko Pötzsch, who was taken to task by Kröll for his alleged dozen red-white-checkered shirts, stated: "I have to buy more shirts.

I only have three.” He found the Krügl speech refreshing.

“It was fun to listen to.”

The musical spectrum of the So&So band was also fun, ranging from tavern music to Vivaldi.

A short appearance by Berlin music cabaret artist Alice Köfer, who won the Paulaner Solo+ competition last year, ensured that the level of hilarity remained high even after the Krügl speech ended.
