After months of searching, police arrested an exhibitionist at Munich Central Station.

The man was already known from an incident in September.

Munich – On Sunday evening, February 18th, a 30-year-old Italian was arrested by the Munich police.

He was wanted by the federal police for an exhibitionist act in September last year.

The man, who could not yet be identified at the time, had exposed himself and masturbated on the mezzanine level of Munich Central Station.

He sought eye contact with a 27-year-old Deutsche Bahn employee.

The woman turned away and the exhibitionist disappeared.

She reported the incident to the federal police.

Police recognize the man from a wanted flyer

Thanks to the camera recordings from the train station, a wanted flyer was created.

Two police officers, one of them from the Federal Police, recognized the man and were able to determine his personal details.

On Sunday evening, the 30-year-old came into the focus of the police again when he was involved in an argument with a train employee at the main train station.

A patrol that was nearby recognized the man from the wanted flyer and arrested him.

They handed him over to the federal police.

After consultation with the public prosecutor's office, the homeless Italian, who is known to the police, will be brought before the judge today.
