A traffic accident caused a VW to crash into the window of the Ammara restaurant.

Dießen - A traffic accident ends with a broken shop window.
According to police, two cars collided at an intersection last Friday evening.
One was then diverted into a restaurant window.
At around 10:45 p.m., a 38-year-old from Dießen was driving his BMW on Mühlstrasse towards Herrenstrasse.
At the intersection with Johannisstrasse he saw a VW van coming from the left too late and collided with it.
The VW was diverted to the right into the shop window of the Ammara restaurant.
According to initial police estimates, the total property damage amounts to 47,000 euros.
The driver of the VW was slightly injured in the accident.
No major consequences for the building are currently expected.
