The Paris Court of Appeal recently released, under judicial supervision, three men prosecuted for sexual violence linked to the pornographic platform “French Bukkake”: a producer, a man accused of having been a tout and an actor, he said. -we learned on Tuesday from a judicial source.
At the end of August, investigating judges ordered a trial for 17 men, aged between thirty and sixty, for human trafficking by an organized gang, gang rape or aggravated pimping.
They are notably suspected of having participated in an
“illegal recruitment strategy”
of actresses, leading to gang rapes of dozens of women during filming for this now closed platform.
Of the seventeen men, four were in pre-trial detention: the leader of
“French Bukkake”
nicknamed
“Pascal OP”
, his associate
“Mat Hadix”
, the recruiter Julien D. and an actor.
Since January, three have been released.
The investigating chamber ordered on February 15 that Julien D. be placed under judicial supervision.
His lawyers declined to comment.

In mid-January, the producer
“Mat Hadix”
, already prosecuted for 27 rapes and who must be indicted for a 28th victim by April 14, was also released under judicial supervision.
His lawyer did not respond to requests from AFP.
In his case,
“pre-trial detention was no longer necessary”
for the purposes of the investigation,
“for his representation in court”
or
“for the protection of public order”
, a judicial source told AFP .
At the end of January, the investigating chamber ordered that an actor also be released
“after 27 months of pre-trial detention”
, according to the same source.
Of the ten actors prosecuted,

in pre-trial detention, underlines his lawyer Me Josselin Guillon.
“We did not understand that this detention was so long when he is a man with guarantees of representation, integrated into society.
When he was released from prison, he was able to return to work

The holding of a trial before a departmental criminal court, as ordered at the end of August and which would be the first major trial of amateur porn in France, has not yet been recorded: eleven defendants and 36 civil parties have appealed against the order of the investigating judges.
The civil parties notably requested an upward reclassification so that around ten accused could be tried for rape accompanied by acts of torture, sexism and racism.
