The Geissens swap their luxury cars for the subway in New York.
This decision puts Carmen to the test.
The underground journey of discovery has a traumatic surprise in store for them.
The Geissens have ended up in the city that never sleeps.
There they are invited to a wedding and a pre-wedding event, for which Carmen Geiss is still looking for a suitable outfit.
Her model friend Melanie, who knows her way around New York very well, helps her.
However, Carmen did not expect the hardships she would have to endure on the way to the perfect dress.

The Geissens in New York – Robert and Carmen Geiss ride the subway for the first time
In Dubai and Monaco, the Geissens mostly get around in one of their luxury cars, but in New York very few people have their own car because the streets are always full.
In order to make progress on their shopping mission as quickly as possible, Carmen and Robert Geiss want to take the subway with their friend Melanie.
For Robert Geiss, it is the first time in his 60 years of life that he has taken the subway.
And Carmen Geiss is also not particularly well versed in using public transport.
That's why she runs straight into the underground station with her 10 centimeter heels, her Birkin bag and her expensive jewelry.
Carmen Geiss has a panic attack in the subway – “I have to get out of here”
“Did I know we were going into the catacombs?” she defends her outfit.
However, she begins to feel increasingly uncomfortable as she gets on one of the subways heading to Rockefeller Center “draped like a Christmas tree”.
When her claustrophobia becomes noticeable during the journey, Carmen Geiss has beads of sweat on her forehead.
“I have to get out of here, I can’t do this,” she says.
Even the driver's announcement scares her because he speaks “so aggressively”.
When the Geissens discover a man lying asleep in the subway with his hand on his best piece, Carmen completely loses faith.
“I’ll never do that again!”
The Geissens in New York – Robert also has to face his fears
Robert Geiss, on the other hand, finds the subway ride rather amusing, especially because his wife is so scared.
But “the man” also gets his money’s worth: When viewing an apartment in a high-rise building, Robert Geiss has to face his fear of heights.
The TV millionaires are constantly on the move, which is why many viewers have the question: Where do the Geissens really live?
