These are the terms used by Joe Biden, President of the United States, to criticize the comments of his Republican rival in the November 2024 presidential election, Donald Trump, during a campaign rally on Saturday February 10.
The latter declared that the United States would not intervene if NATO members who did not respect the Alliance's directives on military spending were attacked by Russia.
“A former president of the United States saying that? The whole world heard it. And the worst part is that he is sincere. No other president in our history has ever bowed to a Russian dictator,”
the president insisted to journalists after his televised speech at the White House.
And added, urging Republican representatives in Congress to accept a new aid package for Ukraine, blocked for several months:
