The accident was caused by the woman running a red light and resulted in significant property damage, reports the Middle Franconia police headquarters.

The 28-year-old was traveling on Alte Reutstrasse towards the city center around 4:15 p.m.
At the intersection with Laubenweg, for reasons that are still unclear, she drove past the vehicles already waiting at the red light and then turned right onto Laubenweg.
She initially collided with three vehicles that were turning left from Laubenweg into Alte Reutstrasse.
Finally, she damaged another vehicle that was parked in Laubenweg.

No injuries – but extensive property damage
Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident.
However, there was material damage amounting to tens of thousands of euros to the five vehicles involved.
The Fürth traffic police have started investigations to clarify the cause of the accident.
