An earthquake of magnitude 3.8 was felt in the afternoon at 2.46pm in the Parma area, with its epicenter in Calestano.
It is the same area where, for weeks, a seismic swarm
has been occurring
with numerous aftershocks, although all of small magnitude.
Today there were over twenty tremors exceeding two in magnitude
, of which the one at 2.46pm was the strongest.
According to initial investigations, there was no damage to property or people.
