Who did what ?
At the end of more than two hours of trial this Monday evening during the immediate appearances at the Créteil court, it is difficult to get a precise idea.
Even the main victim, S., a young homosexual man, clears one of the defendants who nevertheless admits to having slapped him twice.
The only tangible fact is that S. was violently beaten during an evening, in Alfortville (Val-de-Marne), on February 17, around 4 a.m.
The victim's face says a lot about the blows received, with a bruise in one eye, a fracture around the eye socket and a large, clear cut on the forehead.
He gets away with thirty days of total incapacity for work, at this stage.
He still needs to see a surgeon.
“The findings of the forensic doctor correspond to the description of the victim’s blows,” the president also recalls.
