Five days after the sudden death of Alexei Navalny in one of the most remote prisons in Russia, speculation is rife.
The 47-year-old had been serving a 19-year sentence for three years for various charges, including fraud, inciting
“extremism”
and
“rehabilitating Nazi ideology”
.
His companion, Yulia Navalnaïa, like many Western leaders, unanimously designated the Russian authorities as responsible for this death.
