The musical “A Little Peace” celebrates its Munich premiere in May.
In the piece composed by Ralph Siegel, not only Heinz Hoenig but also Simone Ballack will be on stage.
Munich – With “A Little Peace” Nicole (59) brought the Grand Prix to Germany for the first time in 1982.
The ESC victory was not only a great success for the singer, but also for the composer Ralph Siegel (78).
In order to properly celebrate his mega hit four decades after its release, “Mister Grand Prix” composed a musical from his best-known songs.
“'N Bit Peace” premiered in Duisburg in 2022, but was only moderately well received by the audience there.
Due to low ticket sales, the show was canceled early.
In Munich, Siegel's musical will soon make a new attempt as “A little Peace – Summer of Love” – with a star cast.

The premiere of “A Little Peace – Summer of Love” at the Deutsches Theater Munich is scheduled for May 9th.
Until May 19th, viewers can see for themselves the musical, which tells the love story between a West German hippie girl and an East German rock musician.
In order to boost ticket sales, Ralph Siegel put together an ensemble full of well-known faces for the new production.
Among others, Heinz Hoenig (72) will be on stage as a former Stasi officer.
Annika Kärsten-Hoenig (38), the wife of the ex-jungle camper, is also there.
In the first performances she embodies the mother of the main character Nina.
She will then be replaced on the remaining dates by a prominent musical newcomer.

, a few days after the Munich premiere, none other than Simone Ballack (48) is set to take on the role of Nina's mother Jutta Bauer in "A Little Peace - Summer of Love".
“I'm a bit of a limelighter, but I'm a little scared of this challenge,” Ballack recently admitted in an interview with the newspaper.
Although it is a musical, she will initially only be seen in a speaking role.
“I’m still working on my singing career,” the TV star explained with amusement.
