Berlin – Nastassja Kinski (62) followed in the footsteps of her father Klaus Kinski (†65) at an early age.
The cult actor's daughter was in front of the camera at a young age.
In 1977, at the age of 15, she filmed the “Tatort” episode “Maturity Certificate”.
In it she played a 17-year-old student who has an affair with her teacher - and was also seen unclothed.
Now Nastassja Kinski wants to prevent these scenes from ever being seen again.

While “Tatort” was recently repeatedly criticized for the change in investigators, the ARD crime series now has to deal with completely different problems.
As
Spiegel
reports, Nastassja Kinski has commissioned the media lawyer Christian Schertz to have the scenes in question banned in the episode “Maturity Certificate”.
Because the actress was just 15 years old at the time, express consent would have been necessary, which she would not have been able to give anyway as a minor.
Her lawyer explains in an interview with
Spiegel
: "Nastassja Kinski was actually unaccompanied on set when the scenes were filmed - legally valid consent as a minor was therefore logically excluded." Regardless of this, he revoked consent in Kinski's name.

The episode had been repeated again and again in the past.
“Tatort: Reifeprüfung” was last shown on RBB on New Year’s Day.
No wonder - after all, this is one of the most successful in the film series.
The episode was also released on DVD.
However, in response to
Spiegel's
request, Norddeutsche Rundfunk, which was responsible for the episode, said that no further broadcasts were currently planned.
