That is where the woman and the man would have met and ended up being victims of the police officer's jealousy, threats and violence.
The officer would have followed the couple from the property where the carnival celebrations take place to the hotel located at the southern entrance to the city.
But he did not have precise information about the room in which they were staying.
He didn't care and
he started knocking on all the doors
looking for his ex around 6 on Valentine's Day.
There were several couples who saw their moment of intimacy interrupted by the agent's desperation.
When he found the door he was looking for and it looked like he was going to break it down, someone opened it from the inside and the police officer confirmed what he imagined.
Blinded with anger, he began to reproach her ex for supposed infidelity and the fury increased.

threatened to kill them both

The embarrassing sequence occurred in the early hours of Valentine's Day.
The one who did not allow himself to be intimidated by the gun was the other man who
confronted the agent and began a fight
with punches and kicks.
If there was someone in any of the rooms who had not yet noticed what was happening, they ended up finding out from the woman's screams, desperate to stop the battle.
In the midst of the chaos and scandal, someone told the janitor what was happening and he called 911. Agents from the 4th police station went to the scene and tried to reason with the police officer.
The other man
took the opportunity to escape and hid inside the property
, where he called an acquaintance of his, a journalist, to let him know what was happening, as he feared suffering greater retaliation.
"I received calls around 6 in the morning from this boy who was very scared. From what I understood, he took advantage of a moment of distraction from the officer, fled the room while arguing with the girl and asked me to come because he was terrified that the kill them both," said local communicator Ismael "Bambi” Chamat.
Prisoner and separated from the force
They ended up taking the police officer into custody.
The couple had to be transferred to the Juan Domingo Perón hospital, where they were treated for minor injuries.
