The new Schlierseer Hof building should look something like this.
The citizens' initiative © Kirchmayr Planning believes that it is far too powerful
The Schliersee local council has approved the referendum to build the Schlierseer Hof.
Date: May 5th - with easier postal voting options.
The decision was expected, and ultimately the local council couldn't avoid it.
Because the question in the citizens' petition regarding the Schlierseer Hof was not legally objectionable and the necessary signatures were easily collected, he had to determine the admissibility of the petition.
The committee could now have changed the land use planning, which has not yet formally begun, in accordance with the request.
But it is better to let the citizens decide.
The vote is on Sunday, May 5th.
Eligible voters in Schliersee can vote from mid-March.
The market then sends out the election notifications, along with the ballot paper for a postal vote.
The local council refrains from opposing the citizens' request with a council request.
The question is how big a new Schlieseer Hof can be.
The owners, the de Alwis family, are planning a very significant expansion.
Among other things, the citizens' initiative wants to prevent a new building from being taller than the existing one.
