Tragic accident in Tyrol: 16-year-old from Germany dies after an accident on a freestyle jump.

A German skier (16) has died after a serious accident on a freestyle ski jump in Austria.
Innsbruck – A young person from Germany had a serious fall in a “fun park” in the Christlum Achenkirch ski area (Austria) on Friday (February 16).
The 16-year-old had skied over a freestyle jump, lost control and crashed hard onto the slope.
The skier from Germany sustained serious injuries in the accident.

Witnesses provided first aid and called 911.
After resuscitation by the emergency doctor, the 16-year-old was flown to a clinic in Innsbruck.
She died there on Monday (February 19), Austrian police said.
Several fatal accidents have already occurred on the slopes in Austria this year.
A snowboarder (64) from Germany died after a collision with a skier (16).
A tragic skiing accident in Austria claimed a young victim on January 3rd.
Resuscitation measures were unsuccessful.
It is unclear how the accident occurred.
