Trenord launches 'Phone Pass', the entirely electronic subscription available on the App of the same name without the obligation to have the 'Io Viaggio' card.

The new function - they explain in Piazza Cadorna - makes the railway season ticket completely digital and dematerialized, without the need for a card or activation at the station, which is instead necessary for those who top up their card on the Trenord website.

"Phone Pass" is available with version 4.3 of the Trenord App, both on the Apple Store and on Google Play.

Once the update has been carried out, it is necessary to activate the function with which you can associate the new train pass with your smartphone.

During the purchase procedure, customers who have activated the new functionality will be able to choose the 'Phone Pass' option, to purchase the travel ticket and use it without the Trenord 'Io Viaggio' card.
