Highlights: “Lost their home”: Fee and Emily are looking for a new family – together. Both are neutered and house trained, both are fit and healthy. “Our foster family would like a home for us on the outskirts of the city, or better in the country. A garden would be nice, but not a must. But what is absolutely necessary is that we are allowed to stay together, as we are already very attached to each other," says Nuremberg Animal Shelter.

Due to separation and moving, Fee and Emily were unable to stay with their previous owners.

Now they are waiting for a new home.

Nuremberg - “Fee and Emily have lost their home.” That's what the animal shelter writes about a photo of the two dogs on Facebook.

Emily is almost eleven, Fee is eight years old, both are neutered.

“The two of us are looking for a new family because unfortunately we couldn’t stay with our previous people due to separation and moving.”

Both are currently in a foster family with a pack consisting of larger dogs and cats.

“The smaller Emily is the cuddlier of the two of us, I tend to be cautious, reserved and observe everything first,” continues Fee’s point of view.

But she also shows herself cuddly when she realizes that no harm is meant to her.

However, it can get loud from time to time: “Emily is an alarm system by profession, unfortunately she reports quite a lot when she hears something, but can also be quickly dissuaded.

“I work here as a class clown, so if I find a little ball in the garden, I can make myself an egg on my own,” the animal shelter continues in the Facebook post from Fee’s perspective.

Both are house trained and well behaved.

Neither other dogs nor cats are a problem for the duo.

“The two of us stick together despite everything and don’t put up with everything from others.” Children also know the dogs, Emily especially loves them and can sometimes be a bit brash. “For me (Fairy), the foster family wants older children who know when we need some peace and quiet.”

Both are fit and healthy, only Emily's heart needs to be checked once a year.

After castration, both tend to have “minor pee accidents”, but this can be easily controlled with regular tablet administration.

In addition to Emily and Fee, the dog Klaus, who would do anything for his people, and Kiara are also hoping for a new home.
