On the bench of the civil party, Rosine Petitdemange, holds firmly in her hands the photograph of her brother Philippe Petitdemange, who died at the age of 69 following an attack that occurred in the parking lot of the Fontainebleau-Avon station (Seine-et- Marl).
Facing her, Sidali Lezzam and Youba Dahoumane, both aged 32, accused of having committed, on April 12, 2019, a violent robbery leading to her death.
They both face life imprisonment.
This Tuesday, February 20, their trial opened before the Assize Court of Seine-et-Marne, in Melun.
The facts date from April 12, 2019. Like every evening, after leaving work, Philippe Petitdemange takes the train to return home.
This resident of Vulaines-sur-Seine gets off at 10:55 p.m. at Fontainebleau-Avon station to reach his car, parked on the second floor of the station car park.
