And you shall command the children of Israel, and they shall take to you olive oil of good quality for a light, to light a constant candle (27:20).

Moshe Rabbnu Raya Maihimana The foundation of the Holy Torah is mentioned in every parasha - from the day he was born, except for one parasha.

This is our parshah, a commandment parshah in which the name of Moses is not mentioned.

why?

Sages say in Tractate Barachot (Lev, 1) that when the children of Israel sinned the sin of the calf, the Almighty wanted to exterminate the people of Israel, after they took an inanimate thing empty of its contents, they pointed and said, "These are your Gods, Israel, who came up from the land of Egypt" (Shemot Lev, 4 ).

G-d wanted to lose the entire nation of Israel and Moses our rabbi stood in prayer and begged G-d to forgive the people of Israel and said "And if not, please forgive me from your book that you have written" (Shemot Lev, Lev).

If you do not forgive them, erase me from the holy Torah so that my name will not be remembered in the Torah.

And the sages say (Machus 11:1) that "the curse of a wise man comes even on condition" - even if he did not exactly mean the curse or did not want it to be so, in the end it comes true.

Moshe spoke his words from the depths of Deliva, and they came true.

And for this reason there is one parasha in the Torah from which our Lord Moshe deleted the commandment parasha.

It was also said about Moses, "And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, for the skin of Moses' face shone, and Moses put the mask back on his face" (Exodus 14:11) - Moses' face produced a special light to the extent that anyone who looked at Moses could have been blinded by the light that was on his holy face.

It is stated in the midrash that while Moshe Rabbnu was writing the Torah, he avoided writing big things about himself, and in the verse "And he called to Moses, and the Lord spoke to him from the tent of an appointed time to say" (Vikrah 1:1) he wrote the word 'Vikrah' with a small A.

And there is also the parshat of the week in which Moshe Rabbeinu is not mentioned, and thus in the box that contained the holy ink that Moshe Rabbeinu used to write the Torah book, a few unnecessary drops remained.

And when Moses finished writing the Torah, he asked God what he would do with this ink, God answered him that this ink was his.

Moshe took the ink and poured it on his face and from there the skin of his face darkened until anyone who looked at Moshe's face could go blind, and Moshe our Lord had to put a mask on his face.

This ink from which the skin of Moshe's face glowed remained from the humility of Moshe, from the righteousness and the love of Moshe Rabbeinu for the people of Israel and as you can see in this week's parshah where his name is not mentioned, after he said to G-d that if he did evil to the people of Israel "forgive me from your book that you have written".

We must learn from Moses the great principle of taking responsibility.

Many people face all kinds of situations in life, but it is difficult for them to take responsibility.

There are many difficulties and problems in the world because most of the world does not take responsibility for themselves.

They see something falling or deteriorating, they see spoilage and destruction, and instead of taking care of it, they run away and don't want to take part in something bad.

They see a problem and assume it - they don't want to take the problem on themselves, and then the problems continue and get worse and there will be a great destruction.

A person who runs away from taking responsibility for himself, brings great destruction like no other.

A man encounters various problems at home, and he is quick to blame his wife.

For her part, she blames the husband and the children.

Instead of having someone to take responsibility, each blames the other.

There are partners who work and the business deteriorates for them, but no one takes responsibility to pick up the business and it collapses.

We work in a factory and there is a problem, no one takes responsibility for fixing things, but each puts the blame on the other, each trusts the other and waits for the other to fix things.

In the end, everything falls and everything collapses.

If responsibility is not taken, houses are destroyed, businesses lose success, factories close and so on.

The foundation of Judaism is to take responsibility.

"In a place where there are no people, try to be a man" (Avot 2:5), where you see that no one is responsible, take things upon yourself and you will be responsible.

If you run away from responsibility, you not only cause harm to yourself, but also general harm to the entire world.

There is unity and there is a guarantee in the people of Israel, a person who causes corruption, he does not only to himself but to the whole world.

We must take the responsibility wherever we are required to take it, without shirking and without assigning the role to others.

If we act like this we will see the world flourish and grow until the complete correction soon.
