Munich - A 34-year-old gave many people around the Stachus in Munich a real shock on Tuesday (February 20).

The 34-year-old ran through Munich with the sword - a security service employee alerted the police
On his way through the pedestrian zone, a security service employee observed him unpacking the sword and he immediately reported the incident to the police.
After initial searches were unsuccessful, the man with the sword was reported by another passerby in the area of the university.
A police patrol then met the 34-year-old there.
When the officers arrived, the man took the sword out of its sheath and, according to police, performed a kind of choreography with it.
When he was asked by the emergency services to put down his sword, he complied with this request without resistance.
The man told the police that he just wanted to play with the sword and not threaten anyone.
