Erding – The Erding District Water Guard has 11 more trained group leaders (guard leaders) in its ranks.
Under the direction of Edgar Scholz, the new troop leaders from the Dorfen, Erding and Finsing local groups completed the 16-unit training course.
In addition to online training, the participants expanded their knowledge of legal principles, documentation, guards, guards, tasks and responsibilities of the guard leader as well as operations at group leader level.
The experienced operations managers Alois Schiessl and Robert Blattenberger supported the course management during the practical training.
At the end of the course, all participants completed the theoretical and practical exams with flying colors.
