Launched in December 2022 in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, this bakery has already opened a second address in the 17th and will set up its bakery in the Marais (4th) at the end of the month.

True entrepreneurs, these “neo-bakers, retro-passionate”, as they describe themselves, join a list that continues to grow.
