This Thursday evening, the operator announces the signing of an exclusivity protocol for the takeover of La Poste Mobile.
Bouygues is ready to spend up to a billion to buy La Poste Mobile (950 million euros).

It would allow it to strengthen its base of around 2.3 million mobile customers, presenting a high level of customer satisfaction

A profitable operator
With 300 million euros in turnover in 2023, La Poste Mobile is one of the rare virtual operators that does not have a network to supertrain.
It is also a profitable operator.
Bouygues Telecom estimates that the operator would ultimately contribute 140 million euros to its Ebidta.
The fact remains that SFR, holder of 49% of the capital, currently has a right of pre-emption to acquire the 51% which does not belong to it.
