A young woman from Valley had to experience an ordeal: her 19-year-old boyfriend is said to have mistreated and abused her in their apartment in Valley.

Before the regional court he only partially admitted the allegations.

Valley/Munich – A witness described Laura B. (name changed) as a “fun-loving, open and honest young woman”.

However, the 32-year-old has changed for almost a year: she is now “introspective” and is “withdrawing more and more”.

No wonder if what is indicted actually happened to her in her apartment in the Valley.

As of this week, her boyfriend, who is 13 years her junior, has had to stand trial in the Munich district court for rape and other crimes.

The witness, a 63-year-old who apparently occasionally looks after Laura B.'s dog, reported an email that he and his partner received on the morning of March 11th.

It says: “I am being held and beaten call the police!!!!!!

please".

A few minutes later they stood in front of B.'s apartment door, which her aunt and her son opened with a spare key.

It was immediately clear to him that “something must have happened,” the dog sitter recalled.

Laura B. was “squatting” under the desk with a swollen face and “trembling all over.”

Also in the one-room apartment: the defendant, wearing only his underwear.

He was “fidgeting nervously” and “begging” not to call the police, otherwise he would get in trouble.

He is said to have said to his aunt's son: “I messed up.”

And Laura?

She “just sobbed,” the 63-year-old recalled.

She only spoke of rape in the evening when she returned from the hospital.

According to the prosecution, arguments had already occurred the day before while driving near Ottobrunn.

The reason: B. had received a WhatsApp from another man.

She and the defendant had been a couple for nine months.

Out of jealousy, he is said to have grabbed the steering wheel, pressed his thumb into her eye and threatened that he would “destroy her,” as the indictment states.

The argument apparently escalated during the night: The defendant is said to have locked B. in her room and beat her several times - so much so that she couldn't walk properly for several days and briefly lost consciousness.

According to the prosecution, the 19-year-old also dragged her into the bathroom by her hair and held a lighter to her hair.

With his foot on the head of B., who was crouching on the floor, he is said to have threatened: “I'll crush your head now.”

With further threats he is said to have persuaded her to transfer her entire bank balance of 2,355 euros to his account.

The public prosecutor's office considers this to be extortionate kidnapping, which is usually punished with at least five years.

But that wasn't it: The Berliner is said to have raped B. during the martyrdom that lasted several hours.

She probably wrote the email to the dog sitter while her boyfriend was sleeping.

The defendant admits to having struck three times.

He denies the other allegations.

Laura B. suffered a traumatic brain injury in addition to a black eye.

It is all the more strange that she writes in a letter that reaches the 19-year-old in custody: She still loves him.

A verdict is scheduled for the end of March.
