During the jungle camp aftermath, Sonja Zietlow and Jan Köppen put the candidates through the wringer again.
But the presenter's emotions weren't neglected either.
Cologne – The jungle camp final was two weeks ago.
Before Lucy Diakovska (47) was crowned jungle queen, there was a lot of ruckus on the RTL show.
Kim Virgina (28), among others, caused unrest.
At the follow-up on Sunday evening (February 18th), the dramas of Jan Köppen (40) and Sonja Zietlow (55) were replayed and the winner was celebrated.
This caused great emotions for the blonde.

During the commercial break, Heinz Hoenig (72) really freaked out.
But there were also more peaceful scenes in the jungle camp aftermath - such as an interview with the winner Lucy Diakovska.
As a first-time presenter, Sonja Zietlow has seen many kings of the jungle come and go.
But the No Angels singer obviously touched her in a very special way.

In her speech about the 47-year-old, Sonja Zietlow struggles with her emotions.
“As a star you go to the camp, but that doesn't mean you come to the throne as a star, but as a human being.
And I think it’s – now I have to take a moment myself –,” she interrupts her speech and tries to hold back her tears.
When she regains her composure, the blonde makes it clear how impressed she is with Lucy.
She feels “as if I were talking to a person who lives a life in which many other things are also important, like your family, your new nephew, your dogs, the people around you, your friends, everything close friends."

These words also visibly touch Lucy Diakovksa.
With glassy eyes, she first listens to Sonja's words and then tries to formulate her feelings herself.
“It's been such a huge avalanche of emotions that has been pouring over me for almost two weeks.
Because in that moment, when my name was called, I suddenly realized that so much had changed in that moment." She felt that it was "okay" the way she was.

At the jungle camp aftermath, Sonja Zietlow and Jan Köppen celebrated the winner Lucy Diakovska.
The presenter in particular became very emotional.

Participation in the cult show was probably worth it in other places too.
