In France, the latter are largely in the majority... According to the latest Public Health France survey, nearly seven out of ten adults complain of sleep problems.
A survey carried out in spring 2023 for the National Institute of Sleep and Vigilance could seem reassuring: it reveals that 18-65 year olds sleep on average six hours fifty-eight minutes during the week, barely less than the seven hours recommended for good recovery.
But in detail, it's a different story: 42% said they suffered from at least one trouble falling asleep, with insomnia coming first (20%), followed by sleep/wake rhythm disorders (17%). or sleep apnea (7%).
So, can we reverse the trend and fight against poor sleep?
