The first step in your professional life has been taken.

17 young adults are completing their training at the Johann Bierwirth School.

The FOS/BOS Memmingen auditorium was well attended.

In addition to excited students, parents, teachers, trainers and guests of honor were present.

The JBS bass band provided a festive atmosphere with their wind instruments.

Memmingen/Unterallgäu - The deputy school principal Katrin Brandt welcomed those present and guests of honor.

Gerhard Haag also expressed appreciation for the students’ achievements.

“The graduates are the reason we come together today.

The focus is on them today, because we are here to celebrate an important milestone in their lives with them - the successful completion of their professional career," with these words Gerhard Haag, further permanent deputy of the headmistress and head of the technical school, led the graduation ceremony of the Johann- Bierwirth School Memmingen.

In addition to the festive speeches, the business development award and material and state prizes were also awarded to students with special achievements.

Motivational words

Memmingen's mayor Jan Rothenbacher also praised the students' achievements with the words: “Everyone has their own challenges when learning a profession.

You have now mastered such a challenge.”

He emphasized that one never stops learning and discussed what further educational opportunities the Memmingen location still offers.

“I wish you much success, good luck and, above all, fun in your work.”

“You are important and have taken the first step in your professional life today,” said Markus Anselment from the IHK Schwaben.

He also encouraged the graduates to be aware of this day: “Try to remember a few moments, some emotions, because it is a special moment.”
