Con el Superclásico entre River y Boca a la vuelta de la esquina, el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Ciudad definió el megaoperativo que llevará adelante este domingo en el Monumental, para el partido que comenzará a las 17.00.
El mero contexto de lo que despierta un encuentro de tal magnitud suele ser motivo suficiente para el armado de una importante planificación de protección. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión se tratará del mayor operativo que se haya realizado para un Superclásico en los últimos años: habrá unos 1.500 efectivos de la Policía de la Ciudad distribuidos para albergar a los 84.000 simpatizantes habilitados para ingresar al estadio a partir de las 13.00, momento en el que se abrirán las puertas.
Serán un total de 300 policías más de los estimados en un principio. La razón principal del amplio operativo es una nueva interna entre las facciones de Los Borrachos del Tablón, los cuales preocupan al Comité de Seguridad en el caso de despertarse una nueva pelea en los minutos previos al Superclásico.
Bajo ese contexto se estima que 200 efectivos se harán presentes por fuera del tercer anillo de contención, especialmente por la calles de Figueroa Alcorta y Pampa, la zona en donde la barra brava Millonaria suele reunirse previo a su ingreso al Monumental.

El último enfrentamiento del grupo Millonario tuvo lugar el pasado domingo, previo al partido contra Banfield, en lo que fue una pelea interna que habría generado una nueva ruptura en la barra, y por ende, provocóla aparición de una tercera facción.
Igualmente, los enfrentamientos dentro de Los Borrachos del Tablón no son historia reciente. Comenzaron a frecuentarse a partir de fines de enero, cuando una pelea a las afueras del Monumental llegó al punto de tener un saldo de 30 detenidos y el secuestro de armas blancas, palos y piedras.
