The “Crime Scene: Certificate of Mature”, which shows the then underage Nastassja Kinski unclothed, should be banned – at least that’s what the actress is demanding.
Now the NDR has its say.
Hamburg – On March 27, 1977, “Tatort: Matriculation Certificate” was broadcast on TV for the first time.
There Klaus Kinski's (†65) daughter Nastassja Kinski (63) played the 17-year-old student Sina Wolf, who has an affair with her teacher Helmut Fichte (Christian Quadflieg, †78).
The “crime scene” was on everyone’s lips because the topic caused a scandal at the time.
Nevertheless, “Maturity Certificate” is one of the best-known and most popular films in the crime series today.
No further broadcast: NDR is not showing “Tatort” with Nastassja Kinski for the time being
In “Tatort: Matriculation Certificate”, the then 15-year-old actress Nastassja Kinski can be seen unclothed and the now 63-year-old wants to take action against this.
With the help of media lawyer Christian Schertz, Klaus Kinski's daughter would like to have the sensitive scenes banned,
Spiegel
reported .
Now the NDR has taken a stand.

“Since Ms. Kinski's request, NDR has checked whether the film is scheduled to be broadcast on NDR or other state broadcasters and on which platforms it is currently offered.
A broadcast on ARD is not planned until further notice,” an NDR broadcaster told

.
Departures from the “crime scene” investigators
There has been an increasing number of “crime scene” investigators leaving ARD recently.
First Miroslav Nemec (69) and Udo Wachtveitl (65) announced that they were saying goodbye to the Munich team, then the Göttingen investigators (played by Maria Furtwängler, 57 and Florence Kasumba, 47) dealt with their last criminal case and finally Rick Okon ( 34) turned his back on the Dortmund “crime scene”.
Until clarification: NDR does not want to show the “crime scene” online either
Furthermore, the NDR told
t-online.de
: “We are in discussions with licensees about removing the film from streaming platforms until the matter is clarified.”
They would like to remove “Tatort” from 1977 completely from their program for the time being. How they want to deal with the cult film in the future is not yet clear.

The “crime scene” is still popular with many people today.
The ARD crime thriller regularly gets the best ratings in the television landscape at prime time on Sunday evenings.
Just recently, the Dortmund “Tatort” was able to hold its own against the aftermath of the jungle camp with top ratings.
