STORY – This is the third complaint targeting the famous practitioner known as a left-wing media figure. The complainant was a minor at the time of the incident.

Therapist Gérard Miller is the target of a third complaint for “rape”, Le Figaro

learned on Wednesday February 21

through the complainant's lawyer, Me Marie-Paule Paoli, confirming information from Le

Parisien

.

According to this complaint filed against “X” which

Le Figaro

was able to consult, the alleged facts are attributable to the famous psychoanalyst.

The complainant, Aude G., is 39 years old and works as a psychoanalyst.

The facts would not be prescribed.

A young high school student dreaming of becoming a psychoanalyst

The events took place in 2001, when Aude G. was only 17 years old and was in final year L. At school, Aude was passionate about philosophy classes.

She is a curious high school student who listens and reads everything she can on the subject.

She devours the works of great thinkers.

She writes regularly for her high school newspaper,

“Doxa”

.

She wants to become a psychoanalyst.

“At the time, his idol was Gérard Miller

,” Me Paoli tells us.

It is therefore quite natural that, while she was preparing to write an article for the newspaper

“Doxa”

on freedom of expression, she decided with a friend, Audrey, to contact Gérard Miller.

Aude and Audrey don't really believe it but they try their luck anyway.

Neither one nor two, they tear a sheet of their binder and write a letter to the psychoanalyst.

The letter intended for Gérard Miller is sent to the Europe 1 team, an antenna on which Gérard Miller regularly appeared in Laurent Ruquier's show,

“On va s'gêner”

.

“We would really like to meet you as part of our studies

,” write the two young girls.

They write down their first name and their age, 17 years old.

First meeting

On her birthday, Aude receives a positive response.

She can't believe her ears.

She thinks it's a joke.

But no, that's not the case.

It's Gérard Miller on the phone.

“You wrote to me and left your number, so I called you

,” the therapist on the other end of the receiver would have justified himself.

Before setting up a first meeting for him, the following Sunday.

The following weekend, Aude and Audrey therefore go as agreed to Gérard Miller's mansion in the 11th arrondissement of Paris... in the company of another classmate, Mathieu.

“You came with your bodyguard

,” the psychoanalyst would have whispered to them, a bit mockingly.

All three are captivated by this encounter.

It's hard for them to believe that such a famous man would give them some of his time.

Aude, Audrey and Mathieu interview him, with a view to publishing their article.

Aude remembers the places very well.

There is the paved courtyard of the mansion.

This

“clear and very impressive”

building .

Then the psychoanalyst's office.

A couch, next to it.

And his cat, which he names

“Scarlett”

.

Hypnosis session

Some time later, the therapist contacts the two friends again.

He offers the young girls a new meeting, to provide some clarification to their study.

Aude and Audrey return to Gérard Miller.

At the end of this exchange, he offers them a hypnosis session.

But Audrey is adamant: she doesn't want to.

She doesn't want to.

Aude would like to take part in the experiment.

After all, it is one of the methods used in psychoanalysis, and isn't his dearest wish to become a psychoanalyst?

But Gérard Miller would have been categorical: he will only do a hypnosis session on the two young girls

“or on no one”

.

This second meeting therefore ends.

Subsequently, Gérard Miller exchanges text messages, only with Aude.

“I wish to see you again.

Aud... and/or Aud...?”

, he would have written to her, thus playing on the first names of the two friends.

Until that day in November 2001 when Gérard Miller invited Aude to a conference in which he was participating, in Paris.

“At the end of this intervention, he suggested that she go to brunch with him and Laurent Ruquier

,” Me Paoli explains to us.

“The two men were talking about the Elie Semoun show and Liane Foly's mental health.

Then Gérard Miller offers to take my client to his home, to complete her article.

He takes her to his so-called “Japanese” room, described by many complainants

.

Aude suddenly feels

“oppressed”

,

“haggard”

.

She has an absence.

Then she feels the psychoanalyst lying on top of her.

According to the young woman's testimony, Gérard Miller told her:

"I won't be your first",

as well as:

"have you ever slept with a boy?"

.

Aude G. certifies having answered

“no”

to the psychoanalyst.

She is virgin.

“Just after this response, Gérard Miller took out his penis, put it in the hand of Madame Aude G. so that she masturbated him, then he put his penis in her mouth, forcing her to perform fellatio.

Act which was completely unknown to my client

,” reports Me Paoli.

“Incapable of moving or expressing her disapproval of this act, Madame Aude G. found herself stunned, her body heavy, suggesting chemical submission through the administration of a substance which would have abolished her discernment

,” is- he also specified in the complaint that

Le Figaro

was able to consult.

Aude G. returned home at the end of the afternoon.

A possible chemical submission

Why speak out 22 years later?

“Not only because she was shocked by an exchange broadcast between Gérard Miller and Benoit Jacquot on the transgression, but also because she was touched by the testimonies of the other complainants where she found the same modus operandi.

She had tried to bury it all for years.

After thinking carefully and talking about it to her partner, she said to herself that it was a form of reparation for her to provide her testimony

.

But why then did you file a complaint against “X”?

“This could allow the investigation to be opened more widely.

Particularly concerning the possible chemical submission

,” according to Me Paoli.

“We would like to know if there was a chemical submission and, if so, where did it come from?

How come she got this black hole?

We hope that an investigation would determine this

. ”

Several other women accuse Gérard Miller of the same facts, according to testimonies gathered by our colleagues from Mediapart and Elle magazine.

Two complaints preceded that of Aude G. For his part, Gérard Miller does not deny having had sexual relations with these women, but he denies, however, having forced them to do so.
