Another serious traffic accident occurred at the Wenzel intersection in Kirchheim.

After the accident at the intersection of State Road 2037 and Hasberger Road, an investigation into dangerous bodily harm is now underway.
Kirchheim - On Wednesday afternoon, around 4:03 p.m., there was a serious accident at the intersection of State Road 2037 and Hasberger Road.
As was the case two weeks ago, yesterday's traffic accident resulted in a driver's right of way being ignored on State Road (St) 2037.
In this case, the 25-year-old driver of a van wanted to cross St 2037 in the direction of Kirchheim and disregarded the right of way of a 24-year-old driver of a van driving in the direction of Pfaffenhausen.

There was a collision between the vehicles at the intersection, resulting in the 24-year-old being slightly injured, according to a police statement.
He was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The person responsible remained uninjured.
Both vehicles suffered significant material damage amounting to approximately 38,000 euros.
St 2037 had to be closed in the northbound direction for about an hour due to the accident.

The Kirchheim volunteer fire department took care of traffic safety and the spilled operating materials with twelve emergency services.
The 25-year-old who caused the accident is now facing charges of negligent bodily harm.
