This is a wonderful example of a rental project where a family lives that did not give up on correct and accurate design for the needs of the household members.
The family, a couple plus 5 children, rented a house in Jerusalem, and turned to the designer Mittal Friedman.
The couple's request to design a house that would feel like a hotel, and a gentle one that would tell the story of magical Jerusalem.
The budget amounted to NIS 250,000.
A sum that is certainly not negligible for the renovation of a rental project, and fine when the lease is for a period of ten years - it is definitely worth it.

The house sits on a 400 square meter lot. The chosen style is modern, and at the same time the Jerusalem arches of the house give a lot of strength to the house. Friedman was able to integrate in the living room a powerful wall with a concrete effect, which continues and reaches the dining area. Also in the spacious living room there are seating areas In gray-black tones, including a pampering LOVE SEAT sofa, a large carpet, a black coffee table and art details that speak the same language. The wall with a concrete effect includes a TV screen and an iron bookcase that was designed accordingly. The
dining area is located as mentioned near the living room, for which a black dining table was chosen, around it Armchairs with velvet upholstery are also black, with brass legs that match the library. The architectural arches wrap around the dining area, these are covered in Jerusalem stone and enhance the corner. In each arch is a mirror with a brass frame. Above the dining area is a special and chic light fixture.

The rounded living room with huge showcases, these were wrapped in white curtains that add elegance to the space alongside scattered potted plants, and accessories chosen to complete the look.
A console is placed at the entrance.
The master bedroom was designed in a boutique atmosphere.
For him, soft cream tones were chosen with a delicate golden leaf wallpaper on the back of a bed that adds warmth to the space.
The pedestal is located in front of the bed and serves the couple.
Here too soft white curtains wrap the space.

Instead of a large bathtub, Friedman managed to make a makeover in the bathroom with a new location and this time she chose a huge and luxurious shower adapted for the couple.
The room of the little daughter, among 5 siblings, all boys, was designed according to her needs and is all princessy and soft, in shades of white and powder pink.
It features a sweet playroom, with pink wallpaper and cute hot air balloon motifs.
The boys enjoy rooms in shades of black, white and gray.
A powerful bathroom was designed for them in the attic.
This is a black bathroom with white capillaries, very unusual and special.
