Donald Trump has to pay a heavy fine.

His property could also be confiscated.

But that doesn't seem to be slowing the ex-president down in any way.

New York – The communists are everywhere, especially in the USA.

At least that's how the Republicans see it.

At the CPAC conference of ultra-conservatives, from the first day there was talk of communists always having a plan to “seize and keep power.”

The Republican spokesman is Donald Trump.

And he only sees Marxists and communists everywhere anyway.

According to Trump, one of them is New York Attorney General Letitia James.

“This communist is trying to destroy New York State with her unconstitutional fine of hundreds of millions of dollars for a loan taken out completely legally and paid back in full,” Trump wrote on his online platform Truth Social.

“This cannot be allowed to happen!” Trump was referring to the $355 million fine that Judge Arthur Engoron imposed on the former president and his companies as a result of James' lawsuit.

New York Attorney General James Considers Seizure of Trump Properties

Letitia James also explained that, if necessary, Trump's property in New York could also be confiscated.

“If he does not have the means to pay the judgment, we will use judicial mechanisms to enforce the judgment and ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told US broadcaster

.

This could ultimately mean that the former president's properties could also be confiscated.

James said: “We stand ready to ensure that the judgment is paid to the people of New York.

And yes, I watch Wall Street 40 every day.”

This meant a skyscraper, also known as the “Trump Building”.

Trump's company's other properties in New York state include Trump Tower in Manhattan and the Trump Park Avenue Hotel.

Niece Mary Trump calls Donald Trump a "loser"

Trump described the verdict as politically motivated.

There was no fraud, rather the verdict was “a weapon against a political opponent,” explained the 77-year-old directly after the verdict from his residence in Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

Letitia James' lawsuit is part of a larger political "witch hunt" ahead of the US election in November.

He accused Judge Engoron and James of being “corrupt.”

Trump announced an appeal.

His niece Mary Trump doesn't think much of it.

She recently wrote in her newsletter that this is just a “waste of time.”

She also suggested that her uncle might not even have enough money to pay the required $400 million bond.

“Donald is obsessed with his fortune.

“He always wants to convince people that he is enormously rich,” said Mary Trump.

“The vehemence with which he clings to the false idea that he is richer, more successful and more talented than he actually is serves to hide the truth - not only from us, but from himself too.” And what is the truth according to Mary Trump?

Her answer is succinct: “He’s just a loser.”
