Heidi Klum's change for the GNTM season 2024 should blow everyone away, but instead dissatisfaction is slowly emerging and the viewers are annoyed - but why?
Berlin - Something new was needed for the 19th season of ProSieben's "Germany's Next Top Model - by Heidi Klum": That's why the production has decided to grant men access to the TV model casting show from now on - but so far the audience is divided .
Is it the gentlemen or are the GNTM viewers simply fed up with the ProSieben format?
Despite change: Heidi Klum's new GNTM season doesn't score points with fans
“Germany's Next Top Model” is still very popular with young audiences.
The casting show does not manage to beat its public competitor ZDF in prime time on Thursday evenings with the overall audience, but in the younger target group GNTM wins the ratings battle against the “Bergdoktor”.
The ratings seem to be good, but the fan reviews of Heidi Klum's TV show are completely different.

It's not just viewers who are dissatisfied with the once popular model show - former co-juror Peyman Amin (52) also expressed criticism of Heidi Klum's new "Germany's Next Top Model" seasons.
But what bothers fans about the show?
According to the GNTM tweets, it's actually the men.
Scandal even before the GNTM broadcast
It was already announced in advance that there could be a lot of drama and tears on “Germany's Next Top Model” this year.
A former “Prince Charming” participant tried his luck in Heidi Klum’s modeling show.
Before the broadcast, he already revealed that he had left GNTM and was tough on the show.

“So men are really lame,” agrees another GNTM fan or: “Can we please just do girls again?”
Apparently the ProSieben viewers are not enjoying the show innovation and are demanding the girls-only principle back.

That is uncertain.
There probably won't be much time to think about it, because as a model the 50-year-old is on the world's red carpets - like recently at the People's Choice Awards.
