A few days ago, Sarah Engels tore her cruciate ligament while skiing and had to go under the knife.
But instead of moping around at home and letting her husband Julian Büscher pity her, the brave mom goes outside again.
She documents a trip to the supermarket - an Edeka branch according to the shopping cart handle - on Instagram.

Because Sarah Engels uses a knee brace and crutches - including when she goes shopping.
Both will probably stay with her for a while.

Actually, with the posting she doesn't want to draw attention to the fact that she is active again - by the way, she was at the doctor before that.

Probably because Alessio helps his injured mother wherever he can.
He can also be seen pushing the shopping cart while Sarah Engels hobbles behind.
