The Ministry of Justice confirmed this Friday that
it will absorb the tasks of INADI
, after the announcement of its closure, and warned that they are moving forward with the closure of two other State agencies.
This was stated by the head of the portfolio,
Mariano Cúneo Libarona
, who stressed that Milei "ordered to attack, dissolve all those useless organizations, loaded with political employees, with inefficient structures that do not fulfill their function."
This Friday, in statements to Radio Miter, the minister maintained that he has the task of
"shrinking this State monster"
and warned that he will "comply" with the President's demand.
"I have
two other tremendous monsters (
in the State); I have them in investigation and audit and we are going to end up in Courts. I have two super INADIs," he pointed out about the closure of two new State agencies.
Regarding these two closures, he expressed that in these cases "it is not only ineffectiveness but property fraud."
This Thursday, in a press conference, the official said that after the transfer of tasks from INADI to the Ministry of Justice,
there will be a reduction in personnel.
He also assured that a significant number of properties were registered inside the organization "that made fortunes, which should be allocated to children and retirees in particular, but that were in properties inside for discrimination."

, we digitalized," he said, adding: "Personally, I made an action protocol for INADI, and an introductory speech on what discrimination is, an essential human right that is a priority for us."
Meanwhile, the presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, pointed out that the announcement of the closure of INADI is part of what President Javier Milei promised during the campaign and maintained that, beyond the elimination of the organization, "whoever feels discriminated against will be under the protection of the law."
The official justified the presidential decision and emphasized the importance of evaluating whether public services "are effectively in line with the needs of what people need."
In an interview with FutuRöck radio, the spokesperson clarified that the Government "would have liked to have the entire State already reformed and clean up what the taxpayer does not have to be responsible for, not just INADI."
