In the summer, FC Bayern and coach Thomas Tuchel will go their separate ways.

The club announced this on Wednesday.

Bayern fans in the district welcome this.

Andreas Rammler, Mayor of Sachsenkam, Chairman of the Bavaria Oberland Fan Club:

“If you watched the last three games, it was clear that things were going to be tight for Thomas Tuchel.

There was no bite and no will noticeable.

I generally think Tuchel is a good coach.

On the other hand, you have to say: Something seems to be wrong.

Maybe the chemistry between the team and coach isn't right.

Maybe there are groups within the team that don't get along with each other.

They are all world-class players, but there is a brutal feeling of insecurity, the players complain about each other.

Example: Leroy Sané.

If a pass doesn't arrive, he complains in the direction of the passer.

The whole thing became apparent last season.

Maybe it wasn't a good thing that the German championship fell into our laps because Dortmund screwed up.

That glossed over a lot of things.

The weak points have not been eliminated, and this year it is even more noticeable.

I'm curious to see who will be his successor.

I would be for José Mourinho – even if everyone hates him.

If everyone hates you, there's a reason.

Because he is successful, because he is not a follower.

Of course his behavior is terrible, of course he is offensive, but his teams have always loved him.

I get scolded by people for my opinion, they all have it brutally fat.”

Thomas Wilka, youth coordinator and young coach at SV Bad Tölz:

“I was never a big Tuchel fan, I always saw him as difficult.

It's okay that he's leaving at the end of the season because something doesn't seem to be working between him and the team.

He also often does things tactically that I can't understand.

It's okay for him to continue until the end of the season because there's no one on the market.

It's good to take time until summer to think: 'Who is right for us?'

In general, it's whining at a high level.

We were champions eleven times in a row.

If we don't become champions, then so be it.

I would like a Klopp-type coach as my successor.

Jürgen Klopp himself would hardly go to Bayern.

Someone like Xabi Alonso would certainly suit us – the way he appears, the way he acts, the way he lets the game play.

Mourinho please not.

He doesn't play nice football.

One thing I can say for sure: I will not be Tuchel's successor.

I feel comfortable with the SV Bad Tölz U12 (laughs).”

Klaus Kathan, former national ice hockey player, full-time youth coach at EC Bad Tölz:

“It is a very, very unusual measure to leave the coach in office until the summer.

They're hoping the players will keep up, but it sounds to me like they've already written off the season and are starting again next season.

That doesn't work at all in professional sports.

In general, it is a problem that coaches are constantly being changed unless their name is Klopp or Guardiola.

In football this is extremely extreme.

The trainers earn a lot of money, but the fact that they can stay longer than two years is a rarity.

A strange development, after all, as a club you need a concept that you develop together with the coach.

In my opinion, Bayern should never have fired Nagelsmann.

I think Bayern will really miss the times with Uli Hoeneß as manager.

Of course I would like Zinedine Zidane to be the new Bayern coach.

But the problem is that he doesn't speak German.

Therefore, Xabi Alonso would be the best solution.

He speaks German and does a sensational job.”

Rudi Haßmann, Bayern fan from Lenggries:

“I’m jumping for joy that Tuchel is leaving.

I've never been a big fan of him, no matter where he was, I don't like him.

What particularly bothered me was his thin-skinned nature when speaking to members of the press.

I won't forget one sentence in particular: He has worked everywhere, but nowhere else has he experienced such little appreciation as in Germany.

Then I ask myself: What does he want appreciation for?

That Bayern will be eliminated from the cup against a third division team?

His main problem was that he messed up with Thomas Müller.

Kovac failed because of that.

Of course, Müller's time is gradually coming to an end.

He knows that he is no longer the first choice in terms of play.

But punishing him by ignoring him is fatal for every coach in Munich.

Müller is an identification figure.

At the moment, Xabi Alonso is the first choice as a successor with his Bayern past and his gentlemanly demeanor.

I find him totally relaxed, and of course he's competent too.

But I'm afraid he's going to Liverpool.

Of course Klopp would be good too, but he said he wanted to take a break.

You have to accept that.”

Josef Niedermaier, district administrator:

“It was noticeable that Bavaria and Tuchel are not a love affair.

But it's not easy to deal with Bavaria, it's a whole world of its own.

I hope that everyone will pull together now and save what can be saved.

We were spoiled for success.

You need times like this to find yourself.

Crises make you strong.

My favorite successor is clear: I have always been an Alonso fan; he fascinated me as a player with his professionalism and modesty.”

Kathrin Volz, Bayern fan from Lenggries:

“I think it's good that Tuchel is leaving - it's a shame that he's leaving so late.

I don't like the way he trains and the way he treats the players.

For example, he said that Kimmich and Goretzka are not sixes.

This is what caused all the turmoil.

From this point on, Kimmich has only been criticized.

It may be Tuchel's view that Kimmich is not a six - but the way he put it across was incorrect.

The pressure brought Kimmich down.

I once watched a training session where Sané was late.

As a result, he was not punished internally, but rather shouted at in public.

The media had something to ride on.

The players seem withdrawn and don't want to do anything anymore.

It's a shame that Nagelsmann had to go.

He had a better rapport with the players.

Jürgen Klopp would be the ideal successor, but he wants to take a break first.

Mourinho would be very good.

I would also be happy about Hansi Flick, but I think Mourinho would fit in better.
