The operating rules for accessing incentives on Renewable Energy Communities have been approved.
The Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety has approved the GSE document, which regulates the methods and timing for accessing the economic benefits provided for by the Cer incentive decree.
The rules, as well as from the Mase website, can also be consulted from the GSE website.
"This important technical work - explains the Minister Gilberto Pichetto - allows us to proceed at a rapid pace towards the new step, the opening of the portals dedicated to incentives. All our administrative commitment - adds the Minister - is aimed at consolidating the role of the Energy Communities in the country: not only with clear rules and measures of potentially great impact, but also with a strong information campaign to bring this innovation to the widest audience of potential beneficiaries".
The provision, which came into force on 24 January, provides for a double method to promote the development of the ERC: the incentive tariff aimed at the entire national territory and a capital contribution of up to 40% of the expenses incurred in municipalities under five thousand inhabitants.
In the meantime, with the claim "InsiemEnergia", a local information campaign has started which will bring representatives of the Ministry and the GSE, with the support of Unioncamere, to each Region and autonomous Province to raise awareness of the opportunities deriving from the incentive decree for Renewable Energy Communities: the first stop is set for next Monday in Bologna.
